She won’t let me sleep

I’m (14f) trying to sleep and my cat is running around the room, she’s not even a year old yet, so I expect her to run around and play, but I didn’t expect this. When I try to sleep now, I turn out the lights and say it’s bed time, she doesn’t fo to bed, and she won’t let me either. She runs around the room, scratches the scratching post then jumps in my face and repeats. Sometimes she’ll even claw at my feet to keep me up. I love her to death but I want her to calm down, how can I get her to sleep?
