I am so confused

Me(20y/o F) and my Boyfriend(25y/o M) haven't had any long conversation from past 3 months. Just few phone calls that lasted for 2 to 3 minutes. He has been very busy. Doesn't even get the time to talk with me. He is taking me for granted. But I still love him. And there is my friend(19 y/o M) who truely loves me. I never had feelings for him. But now I think I'm falling for him. I love my boyfriend too. I don't know what's wrong with me. Am I cheating? I don't wanna leave my boyfriend but I can't control my feelings. He(my friend) is always there for me whenever I need help. Always asks me whenever I am sick. He is such a nice guy. Am I the bad person? I don't know what to do. just confused.
