question relating to health and fatigue., and gameplans i guess

when you click " keep him out" does that mean they don't practice either? and does everyone player practice said game plan? or is it just like your first string.? I mean i understand the " Increase team play knowledge" doe but when "working with qb" work with All qbs or just the starting qb?
