Question: What typical security responsibilities are reasonably expected for $12/hour

I'm curious about what people in the industry would think about this question.

As a healthcare security officer, what job responsibilities are reasonable to expect for $12 an hour?

Patrols, incident reports, responding to competitive patients, etc....?

$12/hour seems pretty low for all the responsibilities placed on healthcare security officers, so I wonder what is on the reasonable list at that pay rate?
