Toyota 2012 prius c media receiver Bluetooth issue

I have issues connecting my phone to media receiver through Bluetooth. Source and Bluetooth option can’t be click. After disconnecting Media Receiver and reconnecting back, source option can be click and even I connected my phone and played music but after shutting down the car and turn back on same issue. Bluetooth can start working for couple seconds or minutes but after that it disconnects. I tried to do soft and hard rest but I could not get to that menu. My USB port also is not working so I could do any software update.
