WIBTA if i complain about the studies my lecturer gives me and my classmates?

I'm at my 2nd term at college and i just continuing learning graphic designing, illustrating, and everything related to my major which is Visual Communication Design. I always been very happy making weird stuff in photoshop and doodling things which is why i'm very passionate in majoring in here which also my college known for its best at this major.

One day at my 2nd term Illustration subject, the lecturer started to only read powerpoint presentation and end the class like 5 hours early, i thought this was just a 'one day' things but they continue it untill today. They never explained how to draw anything nor show us how to properly do the subject we are currently learning that day, i brush it off since its only one of the many subjects.

I thought wrong, my lecturer that teach us about 3D modelling didn't even bother teach us nor critic our works (if there's a homework that day), he just instead talk about his daily life and at the end of the lecture he just give us a tutorial at youtube that related with the homework he gives later on, i know online teaching is hard, but really?

So i really want to someday open my mic and open up about both problems that me and my friend has been experiencing, cause also the work they give us does not equal to the teaching they give us, so WIBTA?
