Help starting transition

Hi I'm finally able to start transitioning but I'm feeling a bit lost and unsure where I begin. I've come out to my family and friends who are supportive. My next goal is start HRT and get my name changed. I live in Wisconsin if that influences anything. Sorry if these questions are silly but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed right now.

Where should I start to get on T? I'm hoping for something in person since I have Tricare insurance and it'll let me get all my stuff for free. I've looked into Plume but seems kind of expensive? My regular doctor suggested I see the endocrinologist and I've been looking at planned parenthood too. What stuff have you guys done and what were your experiences? Any recommendations?

Where should I start for changing my name? Does it matter what documents I change first? Any less obvious documentation I should make sure I update?
