One day post op second ACL surgery same knee.

Today is my first day post op. This is my second ACL surgery same knee. They also did a meniscus repair of a huge tear on the medial meniscus. My pain is so intense and I can’t get it under control no matter what I do.

I don’t remember having this much pain when I had my initial ACL graft. This time the did the quadricep graft.

Any ideas on what I should do I have been taking my meds as directed with no relief. I’m taking 5mg Oxycodone 1-2 tabs every 4-6 hours and no relief. I am using the ice machine they sent me home with.

I’m so miserable and this pain is much worse then after my patella autograft in 2019.
