So there’s this girl…

So there’s this girl…i‘ll call her Olivia. Olivia is sweet, gorgeous, funny and I def have a pretty big crush on her. Problem is she’s probably one of the most confusing girls in history. Let’s back up and I’ll give some context, I’m 22 in college and last semester I was introduced to Olivia by my friends GF. We went out 2 Thursday’s in a row at this bar near us and pretty quickly we connected. We texted a little bit here and there, and one Thursday night im putting my jacket away and she comes with me and says “let’s just stay here and talk”. Well we essentially flirt ALL night long, strong connection and we are both very sexually interested in each other.

Next weekend we all go out and Olivia end up coming home with me, we were both very drunk and we didint go all the way but it was a very lovely night…really like this girl after that night. Olivia then proceeds to somewhat ghost me and didint hear from her for like a week. I find out she had a concussion and had some personal stuff to work out including her wanting to transfer to a different school. We don’t talk for a long time 3-4 months, but she was always in my mind.

This past weekend we talked and she told me she was gonna be in town again, and I told her that she should come out with my friends and I. She was here getting her stuff from her apartment so ik she was busy but I believe if you WANT to see someone you’ll make time for it or at least show interest. Eventually she did come out with us and this is when it gets confusing.

She told my friend I was being to “close” and that she didint really want anything serious. Now Ive never said I did but uk I do like her so wanted to be close to her, so I give her some space and do the most logical thing flirt with other girls. In 10m Olivia came to me and was obviously jealous asking who the girl was. We sit down at a couch and we are just again hitting off , laughing, flirting and overall having a good time and even hold hands. The next day she was leaving and she texts me at 8pm saying she wanted to see me before she left, and when I texted back she ghosted me.

Olivia went back home and she never explained why she ghosted. I told her it was nice to see her and hope she got home safe. She said thank you and that it was “so good to see you” and told her if she was ever in town to text me and she responded with “okkkk”.

I never really get crushes but there’s so many nuances this story. My girl who is a friend said she’s obviously interested but it’s too much for her and she might be busy while my guy friend said she playing me

Thoughts? She lives far from me so idk if I’ll see her this summer until next semester
