I need help to find a therapist

Need Advice :snoo_thoughtful:

Hey everyone, first of all, I’m a closeted bi trans girl and I’m 15. Dysphoria has been killing me lately and I just want to come out so badly. I can’t talk to my parents because I’m pretty sure they are at least a bit transphobic, since they always make jokes about trans people and don’t treat them seriously (although they never met a trans person, so maybe they would treat someone they knew differently). I came out as bi to my close friends and they took it quite well, but some of them doubted me a bit because I haven’t been in love yet with anyone and have only had two or three “crushes” on girls. I’m too scared to talk about what I feel with my parents or my friends, that’s why I really want a therapist. But now comes the catch, my parents are one of those people who threaten their kids by saying they will go to therapy and they think it’s only useful for people with strong mental illnesses. I just want to go up to them and say: “Mom, Dad, unlike both of you, I think therapy is essential and after thinking for a long time, I’m sure that it will make me feel better, I know it will take some getting used to and if you don’t want to pay, you can take away money from my allowance, I don’t mind it, I just want you to understand how important this is to me”, but I’m just too scared to do it. Any advice would help.
