Layla in the comics

So tomorrow will be the last episode of Moon Knight on Disney + and I've been thinking about how some aspects of the show may intersect in the future with the mainline Moon Knight comics.

For the uninitiated Layla does not exist in the comic book stories, however, do you think with the recent success of the show writers will attempt to integrate Layla El-Fouley into the mainline comics? How should they go about doing so?

In my opinion it could pan out as an interesting option to have a new love interest, thought I could see them struggle to differentiate her between Marlene.
