Difficulty Uninstalling Bitdefender Endpoint Security for Mac

Wondering if someone can help me uninstall Bitdefender on Mac (especially its icon on the menu bar), which came with my Macbook, as the uninstaller tool that also came with it is not working. I was able to delete most of the files related to it on my computer but one of the files gives me a message saying: "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items." I should have all permissions, as I am the sole user and have permission to most other things. Regardless, when i click on "Get Info" on that folder, I scroll down to "Sharing & Permissions" and see that "system" has read & write privileges, "wheel" has read only privileges, and "everyone" has read only privileges. When I press the "+" button to add my account, it then gives me a message saying: "the operation can't be completed because you don't have the necessary permission." Sort of stuck on where to go from here, any ideas?
