CHS vs. Food Poison

Smoked two weekends in a row after taking a month break due to suspicions of CHS. This past weekend was the second weekend where I took a few pulls of a joint and felt okay immediately after, woke up middle of the night puked a few times in the hours after and then was floored for the rest of the day with what felt like food poison. Can anyone help me be sure which of the two it was? I did eat out that night so food poison is a possibility.
