My Account Turned into Child Account?

I was thinking of renewing my realm recently, and so I navigate to the realm page on minecraft.net.

This time, I wanted to change my old payment method into a fresh one, but I was met with a pop-up saying "You don't have permission to purchase" followed by "This account requires a parent or guardian approval to buy things."

I have not touched my account for years except for migrating it to Microsoft, would there be some kind of mishap in that? I looked through some FAQs but nothing of value came up. Tried emailing customer service but they hadn't replied yet.

Does anyone know if there is a way to check WHAT account is linked as the "parent" account so i can take care of it? I can't purchase or renew any realm with my account, and I don't want to buy a fresh copy of Minecraft just to buy realm.
