What SM do you recommend for invasions/pvp?

I wanna make a few pvp builds, but i‘m not sure what sm i should go for. Previously i tried 3 mil and 2 mil.

At 3 mil, i feel like people are a lot more tanky than at 2 mil. Also, i mostly have to invade the dlcs and ng+ early game. I wasn‘t the biggest fan of 3 mil

I had a lot more fun at 2 mil sm. People aren‘t obscenely tanky, and i can invade a lot more areas (Drang Castle, Amana, Crypt, Aldia, Dragon Shrine, some of the dlcs)

I‘m curious how 1 mil would go, what kind of areas are popular at that range? What are your experiences? And are there any other SM ranges you would recommend?
