Looking for a roommate to take on a lease starting July 1st! (4 bed, 2 bath)

Hey y'all! We have a great location about 15 minutes out from UCF. The house comes with all basic amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, etc.). My current roommates and I are all full-time students, enjoy working out, and live a very clean lifestyle. The house is very spacious with a very large backyard with a gazebo and a lake-view. PM me for more information regarding rent or any questions you might have!
