My birthday

Today was my birthday and my friend is visiting from out of state for the week. She started talking to this guy online like 3 weeks ago and he’s nice and stuff but she is constantly talking to him and about him. 
I’m happy that she’s happy but I’m hurt because we went to a museum and halfway through she called him and was on the phone with him for like an hour and I was kinda just there while she was talking.
 She’s called and texted him for like hours every day for the past 3 days. And I just want to hang out with her without her constantly talking about this guy. 
 I’ve never really had great birthdays so I was excited for her to visit but I feel like the third wheel in a relationship where the other guy isn’t even here.
I want to bring up how this has upset me but I’m afraid of upsetting her because she really likes him and I don’t want her to feel sad and get upset with me.

How should I go about talking to her about this?
