how do people find time for dating in your 30s?

I just turned 30, every morning I wake up, i go to my home office and starts working (work from home), software engineer at big tech company, lots of pressure but good pay. I make brunch, dinner, then gym around 6 - 7pm. Do some stuff around the house, check out my investments, do some reading about investments, thinking about business opportunities, shoot few message to friends and family. Boom it's 11pm. On weekends, run some errands, do some work around the house, some interaction with tenants ( i have three tenants living in my basement) gym, buy grocery, then study about real estate, investments, and potential business opportunities so i can quit 9 - 5, and sat is gone, that leaves sunday...

how do people make time for relationships and dating after 30, you have to find ways to social and meet new people, chat with them, go out and meet, plan dinner, etc.... if you two started dating, how often do you guys see each other during weekdays ??
