Can anyone relate?

I'm a career nanny and currently pregnant with my second.The first time around I got 6 weeks fully paid and just spoke with the new nanny family today so not sure how much leave I will get this time or if it will be paid. Is there anyone in a similar line of work and been given 12 weeks or more fully paid?
