What are Address Verification tasks actually like?

Hi folks

Just wondering if anybody can chime in on this task type and how it actually is for their locale. I've been offered it but I'm unsure if it's going to be worth the time to read the guidelines given some task types are great or awful depending on the country and the amount of urban area vs rural.

Thanks
