Ring Notifications

Is there a way to temporarily disabled notifications from ring doorbell for around 2 mins. So then my family when the walk out to go to bin etc it does go off on both iPhones and Alexa?

Can I make a command and connect to a smart button or nfc to do this? Or is there a better way?
