Transition after Moving to a New House

My dog is having a tough time transitioning to my new place. Seems to be freaking out about the new spot.

He doesn't like the new yard (more of a patio now), won't come down the hallway into the bedroom, just barks all night and won't sleep.

Might be anxious about new sounds. There is no carpet or rug yet so it is echo-y. Someone lives above us, so I'm wondering if he's hearing that. The windows aren't at eye level which he is used to looking out. There is an air exchange that makes noise and he keeps barking at that.

Any tips to settle him in?
