Failed NP class

Any words of wisdom? Hi, everyone. I failed a class in my NP program. I was in a poor state of mind and had a panic attack of sorts during the final exam and just clicked through to finish it. The final exam is worth close to half of the final grade so I missed the passing mark. This will hold me back a whole year since that class is only offered in the spring and is a prerequisite for classes moving forward. I am beside myself and don’t know how to move forward from this.
