Can I use Bluestacks to enter multiple snkrs draws?

Im using my college wifi, with multiple instances to be able to run multiple accounts. Can I run them, or will they be banned? They are all real accounts in that I used family members, and friends info(With their consent) with different address. I did double my credit/debit on some of them. Or should I run VPN's?
