What are some great companies that will hire part time recruiters on an on call basis.

So I really like the company that I work for Full time, and want to keep working for them in the future. However, I live in a particular city where rent , and cost of living is pretty compared to other cities. So I want to ask if there were any companies of notice that would hire part time recruiters on a on call basis. I'm not sure if what I'm looking for is out of the ordinary but I figured I'd ask you guys to see if my idea is not far fetch in finding an on-call part time recruiting job while having commitment to a full job. Please, redditors if you can recommend some companies that would be greatly appreciated.
