Underground SCP with a monster that's basically a head on a stick/pole.

I can't remember if it plays games with the D-Class in the entry or not, I think it does. Said D-Class hits it with something towards the end, only to be (implicitly) killed later on.

Anyone know which one this is? I think it was Series 4, could be wrong though.
