Friend suspended bc of backpay owed for membership

Hi! So not really sure how to word this so it’s tough looking for a related thread.

A friend of mine tried to log in and found his account suspended because he didn’t cancel his membership (his card expired & we haven’t logged in for well over a year) and it says he owes like basically 90 dollars… can anyone give advice or point us to a phone number to help? I feel like they can track the fact that he didn’t utilize the membership during the time that his card was cancelled but his account membership wasn’t.
