I need some advice/help

So I reached elite contracts about a month ago and I’m having a hard time getting any rewards. I know I need to get more PE but it’s nearly impossible when I sometimes don’t even get the first award labeled “easy”. It’s either one else in the contract ever helps, or I don’t even make a difference in the final total. I’m at about 57 trillion SE and I’m not really increasing drastically like before. Is this something where I just have to grind SE and wait?
