SDVX Exceed Gear Konasute Crew

I just recently got sdvx and was wondering if the crew members unlocked from events and gacha on the arcade versions would transfer over to the PC version. I had recently unlocked the collab character himehina on the arcade cabinet at my round1 but cannot seem to find her on the PC version.
