Why are the BIOS files for Phantom Canyon NUCs missing from Intel's website?

I have the PHTGL579.0063 BIOS version, and I want to update since I'm having numerous problems with sleep, USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, etc.

There have been two BIOS updates since then: 0065, and 0067. But there are zero BIOS files available on Intel's website for the NUC11PHKi7. Does anyone know why that is?
