https://fivem.net/ and then you'll have to find a server to join. A lot are "whitelisted" which means you'll have to apply and be approved. Read their rules and and make sure you understand what they are describing so you don't misbehave (in the wrong way LOL). There's a GTARP sub you can look in to find servers to join, as well as hashtags on social media platforms. Many are actively looking for new people.

Special note: FiveM is kind of a pain to learn, not really any good instructions I could find. Each RP server is going to be slightly different in their keybinds, commands, and available activities. Many want you to learn as you RP. Example: I didn't know how to pull up my phone so I said "Sorry, I think my phone is stuck in my pocket haha" The person I was with would say "Try using your P muscle." to tell you how.

I'm still pretty new myself, but if you need any help you can reply here or DM me. Best of luck!

There’s definitely a lot of good tutorials on Youtube, I would start with searching,

“How to install FiveM”

Once you get passed that hurdle you have a few more to go. Next you should install the “Lamda Menu” basically a mod menu that works on all Menu Based Servers.

I would recommended getting into a Menu Based Server to start with as they’re way easier IMO.

You may run into the occasional “ESX” server, and that’s basically, get a job and earn virtual money. Not the best for beginners.

One good tip is to find a server with “New” in the title, with not a whole lot of people (5-15). Join their Discord and ask for some help. From my experience, they’re is usually atleast one person who will be willing to help.

DM me if you get stuck anywhere or just need some advice :))

Edit: You can also join r/FiveM or the FiveM Discord for more specific questions/advice.
