iPhone App not loading Firewalla

Hello, I am looking for direction on how to repair my iPhone app without losing the FWG configuration. At this time, I can use the Web interface and see my FWG network but not sure what to do if I'm required to scan the barcode. The iOS app is trying to load but never does. Please advise on how I can properly load the app.

Also became curious if there are any Firewalla server issues which could be a source of the issue. Assuming not as I am able to access via web browser.
