anyone notice performance/mpg efficiency improvements between the two?

EDIT EDIT: thanks for those who provided a lot of information. i put shell’s 93 nitro+ in the tank last night and enjoyed the performance boost. to those telling me if i can’t afford (which i never said) to put premium to get rid of the car, go fuck yourself respectfully.
