Outlook contacts available to select for calling

I saw this :

" Your Outlook contacts with a phone number associated will now be available in the contact drop-down selection for calling scenarios, such as the dial pad in the Calls app or when transferring a call. This feature is available to users with an assigned phone number on Teams. "

This is still just personal outlook contacts right ?
