Is the TL-WPA8631P available alone?

Hi all

I was looking to buy the TL-WPA8631P KIT and an additional TL-WPA8631P, but I can't seem to find it without buying the whole kit again. Ideally, my setup would be a TL-PA8010P (which comes in the kit) and two TL-WPA8631P for different rooms in the house. I need the ethernet/Wi-Fi/power outlet in both of the rooms, so I didn't want to go with something like the TL-WPA7617 which lacks the power outlet. I am in the US.
