Fellow men of reddit, how can I make sure the women around me arent afraid of me?

I'm reffering to all the cases where men have done terrible things to other people.

edit: what I mean is not appear threatening, i'm a bigger person and I fell like I can appear threatening to other påeople, especially women I dont know or not too well
