What is 18 U.S code 245?

So I watch a video of anti-maskers assaulting a shop owner you can find it by looking that up.

Anyway, it's a couple who go into a bakery I guess in Oregan without masks to basically try to make a point to this barkery shop owner. And they tell her she's violating 18 U.S code 245.

Anyway, what ends up happening is the shop owner basically puts her arms out to try and block them and the anti-mask woman shoves her which yeah is already an assault charge. Anyway, the shop owner gets a bat and says she has reasonable force to use this. The anti-mask woman gets tapped with the bat and then she grabs it and a fight breaks out.

Anyway, the guy took the bat, and then after all that they find some police officers and show them the video which ended up backfiring on them and then they get arrested but not before the guy accuses the cops to their face that they are in a racketeering operation. I do think if he said nothing at all then he would've had a chance to walk away but then they tell him he is also under arrest.

Any way I did look up the law he pointed out and it appears that it only applies to government federal property and not businesses that are privately owned.

Of course, a private business has a right to deny service to anyone for any reason without having to give a reason, and if you don't leave that's trespassing. So I tried reading the law I really can't understand its meaning other than he is somewhat right except for it only applies to government buildings.
