Broken capillaries when scratching

I've had this for years and years but I have health anxiety and I've suddenly fixated after seeing my neck.
I have dermographism, rosacea and allergies anyway and get quite itchy skin. When I scratch harder (I have nails) I sometimes get patches of broken capillaries where I've scratched. Usually if it's on my neck, inner arms or chest. They go away after a few days.

I mentioned it to a GP a few years ago who did a full blood count which was normal. I take sertraline, desogestrel and qvar inhalers (both for many years). I used to be anemic due to veganism and heavy periods so take an iron supplement and now have normal levels. I'm quite overweight and have very fair skin so they show up a lot on me.

I find seeing doctors Extremely stressful due to my health anxiety and it's impossible to see one in person atm. I just wanted to ask as my health anxiety is currently focusing on this.

Thank you
