Done ADHD WARNING

Tips/Suggestions

Many of you may have seen all the ads for DoneFirst ADHD, the telehealth company. If you want your mental health questions answered in a fast, cheap, and professional way, stay as far away as possible from Done. At first, the service was good (because you pay $200 for a 5 min zoom call then have to wait 2 weeks for your provider to send in medication to your pharmacy) then $80 a month afterwards. Its almost like their whole business model is built around that first consultation fee, because afterwards they push you under the rug and refuse to answer the simplest of questions. The only time they will refill your prescription on time is if you threated to message your clinicians certification board with a complaint. One month ago, I waited 2 weeks and sent 5+ messages trying to get answers on why my prescription hadn't been sent to the pharmacy ( they did so the previous 2 months) only to be sent a message saying my provider was on vacation until June, so they appointed me a new provider. I scheduled a consultation with my new provider for April 18th. The day of the consultation it randomly cancelled and was rescheduled for may 11th. My provider sent a message saying she would prescribe me a 9 day bridge prescription ( Fill date april 28th) to last me until my May 11th appointment. it is now May 4th and the 9 day bridge prescription hasnt been sent in, and none of my questions answered. If you want to basically give someone $80 dollars a month for nothing in return, Done is the way to go.
