Yes you’re correct it is. I think it’s a female dog and the hand is there just to hold it up for the photo to stop it sitting

I think what looks like a willy is actually the groomer's thumb.

Yes.

I found the post on the Facebook page.

The response says

“”””Hello Elisha, thank you for your feedback, this has been passed over to our marketing team.

Kate @ PetsAtHome”””””

Then they’re other comments arguing saying they’re not even touching the dog

Aye, that thumb sure does look like a bollock though

I don't think the person is cupping anything and is instead, placing their hand next to the dog's hind legs in order to get the dog to stand still.

I'm sure I've seen that whenever I've watched Crufts.

*Welcome to the groom room, we got fun and games*

Obviously going to the wrong establishments. I've never failed to get a happy ending at the barber's shop

My hairdresser never does that to me whenever I go in for a trim.

Somewhere a young, inexperienced graphic designer is getting a stern but well intentioned lecture on the importance of checking stock photos for exactly this reason.

Well they are certainly "teasing out the tangles"

Oh my hometown is on CasualUK! Ah, I see.

Sure looks like they are suggesting a £9 happy ending for Fido.

This is my local pets at home and the girls in the 'groom room' are great, my beagle loves going there for his monthly bath and nail clip :))

Well it looks fairly happy about it anyway!

Omg not the Eastbourne branch need to go have a look today ahahahah

Pets at Home’s unorthodox marketing technique is the dog’s bollocks!
