Why is my WWE 2k22 Cash In bugging?

In my WWE 2k universe, Jey uso is my MITB holder. I know how to do the cash in, but having him run in mid Match / after match. But whenever the “cash-in match” starts, he always disappears, and doesn’t show up. Does anyone have the same problem?
