Be selective at the plate

I don’t want to come off as pompous or anything, but as someone who regularly wins 12 games in BR & makes World Series, I can confidently say that the difference from the good and bad hitters in this game is plate discipline. Not even just taking balls, but not swinging at the borderline pitches you’re not times up for. It really is like real baseball in the way that the best hitters are guys who mash the pitches worth swinging at.
