Need somewhere to live over the summer?

Hey everybody, I got an internship back home and am no longer staying in Columbia over the summer. I have a lease at The Row, rent including utilities comes out to around $320-$350 a month. This is super cheap for Columbia, and this place is pretty nice for that price. It's spacious and in a good location. You would have two other roommates, both good guys I can vouch for, known them since high school. Quiet and respectful roommates. I don't think my bathroom-mate will be here over the summer and doesn't have a replacement, so you would have a bathroom to yourself. Also, one of my roommates has a dog if that happens to be an issue for you. Though, she is really friendly and keeps quiet most of the time.
