seeking paralegal remote jobs

My wife is basically running the small law firm she is working at, she is underpaid and under appreciated. She has a masters in Criminal Justice and she can't seem to land anything remote in her salary range. She has years of experience and a very good work ethic hence why she has the huge responsibilities at her job. I feel terrible that she is being treated this way.

Where should someone look for remote legal(or anything close to legal) work with decent pay?
