You are likely reinfecting which i have done. 
7 items of clothes. One for each day. 1 pair of pajamas. Dont wear anything else. Rewashing the same items weekly. Dont wear your other clothes now leave them stored tightly in bags  keep doing 7 item rotation washing clothes in ammonia, tide borax. 

The home....treat everyone including the pets they are all carriers but only you may have the symptoms. I found out my mom was giving it back to me. She swore she didn't itch  until i found out she was 1. Shitting in the shower bc of dementia development I think  2. Thanks for quick response. Don't know color...just saw it advertised for sale, but yes, pour-on type. So...that's not going to work.  I am trying to find an economical way to make a topical out of ivermectin. 

I am using the oral ivermectin...but I don't think the permethrin is working.  The red spots are multiplying instead of going away, and my nights are just awful.

Is this the pour on blue liquid?  Keep in mind that the pour on is effective on animals because it's not washed off.  

5mg/ml is a half a percent ivermectin or 0.5%.  Diluting it more would make it less effective.  Typically, topical ivermectin is 1% or a 10mg/ml solution.  :( 

If I were using a solution less than 1% topically, I would also take the pills internally - but with caution.  Especially if you've not used ivermectin yet.  You don't want them to become resistant.

If you are using a ivermectin drench for animals which i too have done it is NOT affective on resistant mites if you dilute it more than what it arrives as. Use it blue or add a tiny amount of oil such as castor or tea tree/castor. 

For my hair i added a tiny amount of 91% alcohol 

No measuring cups and i have resistant mites that walk right thru permetherin cream. This drench did not work. I switched to oral......if you cannot get the tablets which is 4 tablets by mouth 7 days apart. Take the paste found on Amazon and follow dosing on google
