Mega Raids should be tier 4 at lowest

Even though pokemon go doesnt have BST, and psuedo legendary megas and legendary megas/primals BST are in the 700s but legendaries are T6 and all others are T5 I think the psuedos should pass for Mega T5 while all the other megas are T4 (Yeah i did the research, mega mawile and sableye have the lowest BST of 480 but come on, mega raids shouldnt go lower than 4) TBH it feels weird having psuedo legendaries in the same tier as non psuedos even if 1. theres one mega in rotation at a time 2. no psuedo mega is out yet
