Anybody else having issues w the tv not working inside the Media Room in their penthouse?

Not really sure why but the tv says it’s on and has about 2 seconds of audio before it goes dead silent and the tv remains black. I press triangle to turn off and on and still the same. It’s in different lobbies and throughout different days it just won’t work. Anybody know a solution to this? It’s not really a big deal as I don’t use it often just mildly annoying that it’s so expensive in game and won’t even turn on!
