You have to be reading of the error code first, Sir

Can you contact support at Dell.com/support to report the issue?

https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/comments/uic5dt/dell_premier_site_issues/

Would it kill the clowns at Dell to redirect support.dell.com to its [new home](https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us)?

Yep, still salty.

For ESXi, yes. They’re created by the individual hardware vendors, and they’re preloaded with the various extra driver vibs that are used for the vendors hardware. The Dell one for instance includes a vib that passes the ESXi hostname into iDRAC and one for pulling logs for tech support. The HPE one includes things like the hponcfg and ssacli tools for managing the ilo and storage controllers.

They were able to send me an installer. Thank you for the tip though this is very good to know for the future.

You should be able to get that from the VMware support site, in the custom ISOs section of the vSphere downloads.

Me too :( I need my esxi Installer.
On hold with support now

They've been up and down for the couple of days, I've been trying to download an OS image for 2 days now... no luck =(

I see no issues around [dell.com](https://dell.com) from anywhere I can check right now.

That includes [dnschecker.org](https://dnschecker.org/#A/dell.com).

Has to be a back-end failure to resolve, not front-end.

broken for me too. good thing I don't need it today!

It’s been throwing errors like that for a couple days.

Maybe they need update the BIOS and lifecycle controller first?

Came to post this! Just /support seems to be giving problems. Public/retail site seems ok.

The jokes just write themselves sometimes.

I'm getting DNS failures when looking up [dell.com/support](https://dell.com/support). [Dell.com](https://Dell.com) works fine though. Anyone else?

All I wanted was a BIOS upgrade...

Looks like dell.com/support is down?
