If cities had no cars our dogs wouldn’t need leashes
How great would that be for the pups?
Also you know small kids would be able to walk around with a lot less guardian oversight and protection.
Edit: I ride my bike in Central Park in the mornings and there are dogs off the leash everywhere and I’ve never been attacked
Edit 2: if you Google “why do dogs need leashes?” The first answer is: to stop tuning wandering out into traffic. Off leash dogs are more docile than on leash dogs, they tend to be more social and less anxious. 75% of all dog attacks occur on personal property with a dog that is known to the victim. Stop defending shitty car based infrastructure and think outside the box!
