Account retrieval

Hi guys. A couple of years ago I had a HayDay account on my Android device which was linked to Google Play and Facebook. After downloading it to my iOS device, I can’t get my farm back. I emulated Android on my PC and when I sign in with Google Play it just stays the same. Asked Supercell for help but they need all my old info like my farm name and XP level. Anyone that knows how to fix this? Thanks
